01. Usage Limits

Users are granted access to the BuildAiStack compute cluster subject to rate limits defined by their tier. Automated scraping or unauthorized stress testing is strictly prohibited to ensure stability for all users.

02. Intellectual Property

Outputs generated by our AI models are the property of the user. BuildAiStack retains ownership of the underlying architecture, weights, and proprietary algorithms used to generate such outputs.

03. Liability Limitation

BuildAiStack is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any hallucinations, inaccuracies, or downtime resulting from neural network instability or upstream provider failure.
